New Delhi. The makers released the first teaser of Vivek Agnihotri’s upcoming movie, The Vaccine War. The film is said to be based on India’s battle against Covid-19, and the efforts the medical department took to overcome the global crisis.
The 30-second teaser offers an insight into the tense world that Agnihotri has created. The promo video also features Nana Patekar and Pallavi Joshi. Joshi is apparently playing a scientist who helps develop a vaccine for the deadly disease.
As per media reports, Pallavi Joshi said “‘The Vaccine War’ is a very special film that will narrate the real story of the vaccine war that our country fought together against the hazardous COVID-19 virus. As the teaser captured some essential moments from the film, we are excited to present the film to the globe and show the glory proudly of our country”.
The Vaccine War also stars Anupam Kher and Sapthami Gowda, among others, in significant roles.
Fans were ecstatic as they reacted to the video, as one of them wrote, “Nana Patekar is an icing on this movie. His acting prowess is un-matchable”. Another mentioned, “Words can’t describe how amazing this track is”. Yet another user wrote, “The cinematography in this teaser is simply stunning – every frame is a masterpiece”.
