ପୁଣେ :ସାବରକରଙ୍କ ନାତି ସାତ୍ୟକୀ ଗତ ୨୦୨୩ ଏପ୍ରିଲ ମାସରେ ରାହୁଲ ଗାନ୍ଧିଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଏକ ମାନହାନୀ ମକଦ୍ଦମା କରିଥିଲେ । ତାଙ୍କ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଥିଲା ଯେ ୨୦୨୩ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ମାସରେ ଲଣ୍ଡନ ଗସ୍ତ ସମୟରେ ରାହୁଲ ସାବରକରଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ମିଛ ଓ ଅପମାନଜନକ ବୟାନ ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ପୁଣେର ଜୁଡିସିଆଲ୍ ମାଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଟ୍ (ପ୍ରଥମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ) ଏବଂ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ସାଂସଦ/ବିଧାୟକ କୋର୍ଟର ବିଚାରପତି ଅମୋଲ ଶ୍ରୀରାମ ସିନ୍ଦେ ଯେତେବେଳେ ଏହି ମାନହାନୀ ମାମଲାର ଶୁଣାଣି କରୁଥିଲେ, ସେତେବେଳେ ରାହୁଲ ଗାନ୍ଧୀ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ଭାବରେ କୋର୍ଟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ନଥିଲେ। ତାଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆଇନଜୀବୀ ମିଲିନ୍ଦ ପାୱାର ହାଜର ହୋଇଥିଲେ । ମାମଲାର ପରବର୍ତ୍ତି ଶୁଣାଣି ଜୁଲାଇ ୨୯ରେ ହେବ ।ଏହି ମାମଲାର ଶୁଣାଣି ବେଳେ ରାହୁଲ ଗାନ୍ଧି କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ସେ କୌଣସି ଭୁଲ କରିନାହାନ୍ତି । ସେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦୋଷ ।
