ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ବୁଧବାର ବିଧାନସଭାରେ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ସର୍ଭେ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି । ଏହି ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ସ୍ତରରେ ଅଧାରୁ ପାଠ ଛାଡ଼ିବା ହାରରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଦେଶରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ବୋଲି ସାଂଘାତିକ ତଥ୍ୟ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି । ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଏବେ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ସ୍ତରରେ ପାଠ ଛାଡ଼ିବା ହାର ୨୭.୨୯% ପିଲା ପାଠ ଛାଡୁଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି ହାରରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସର୍ବଭାରତୀୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ଶୀର୍ଷରେ ରହିଛି । ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ନାମଲେଖା ଅନୁପାତ ସର୍ବଭାରତୀୟ ହାରାହାରିଠାରୁ ମଧ୍ୟ କମ୍ ରହିଛି ।ଉଚ୍ଚ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ, ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ସ୍ତରରେ ଓ ଉଚ୍ଚ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ସ୍ତରରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ମୋଟ୍ ନାମଲେଖା ଅନୁପାତ ଯଥାକ୍ରମେ ୯୧.୩, ୮୦.୪ ଏବ ୪୩.୬ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ରହିଛି । ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ମୋଟ୍ ନାମ ଲୋଖା ଅନୁପାତ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ଓ ଉଚ୍ଚ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ସ୍ତରରେ ସର୍ବଭାରତୀୟ ହାରାହାରିଠାରୁ କମ୍ ରହିଛି ।
