ଚାଉଳ ରସଗୋଲା

ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ: ସିଝା ଅରୁଆ ଚାଉଳ, କନ୍‌ଫ୍ଲୋର, ମଇଦା, ମିଲ୍କ ପାଉଡର, ଘିଅ, ଚିନି ଓ ପାଣି । ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ପ୍ରଣାଳୀ: ଚାଉଳ ରସଗୋଲା ତିଆରି କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଥମେ ସିଝା ଅରୁଆ ଚାଉଳକୁ ଗ୍ରାଇଣ୍ଡିଂ କରି ଏକ ପାତ୍ରରେ ରଖନ୍ତୁ । ଏହାପରେ ସେଥିରେ ମଇଦା, କନ୍‌ଫ୍ଲୋର, ମିଲ୍କ ପାଉଡର ଓ ଘିଅ ମିଶାଇ ଭଲଭାବେ ଚକଟି ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ । ପରେ ତାକୁ ରସଗୋଲା ଶେପ୍‌ରେ ଗଢ଼ି ଏକ ପ୍ଲେଟରେ ରଖନ୍ତୁ । ଏବେ ରସଗୋଲା ପାଇଁ ଚିନିରେ ଶିରା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରନ୍ତୁ । ଏହା ପରେ ଗଢ଼ି ରଖିଥିବା ରସଗୋଲାକୁ ଶିରାରେ ପକାଇ ଦେଇ ଦୁଇରୁ ତିନି ମିନିଟ୍ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅଳ୍ପ ଆଞ୍ଚରେ ବସାଇ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ । ପରେ ତାକୁ ତଳକୁ ଓହ୍ଲାଇ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ । ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୋଇଗଲା ସୁଆଦିଆ ଚାଉଳ ରସଗୋଲା ।
