ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର,୧୫/୮: ଆଜି ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ଦିବସ ଅବସରରେ ଉତ୍କଳ ବିପନ୍ନ ସହାୟତା ସମିତି, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ଆନୁକୁଲ୍ୟରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ସ୍ୱୟଂସେବକ ସଂଘର ପରମପୂଜନୀୟ ସରସଂଘଚାଳକ ଡକ୍ଟର ମୋହନ ଭାଗବତ ଜାତୀୟ ପତାକା ଉତ୍ତୋଳନ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଏଠାରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଜନସାଧାରଣମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କରି ଡ. ଭାଗବତ କହିଲେ ଯେ, ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ପ୍ରାପ୍ତିର ୭୮ ବର୍ଷ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି । ବ୍ରିଟିଶ ଦାସତ୍ୱରୁ ମୁକ୍ତ ହେବା ପାଇଁ ୧୮୫୭ରେ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ସେବେଠାରୁ ତିନି ପିଢି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସତତ ପ୍ରୟାସ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାରର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ଦେଇ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ଅନୁକୂଳ ନହେବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସମାଜ ଏବଂ ସେ ସମୟର ନେତାମାନେ ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରୟାସ ଜାରି ରଖିଥିଲେ। । ଏବେ ୭୮ ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ଆମେ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ପରେ ଜନ୍ମ ନେଇଛୁ। ତେଣୁ ଆମକୁ ପ୍ରୟାସ ସହିତ ଏହାକୁ ମନେ ରଖିବାକୁ ପଡିବ କାରଣ ଆମର ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷମାନେ ଏହାକୁ ଅର୍ଜନ କରିଥିଲେ। ଆମେ ଏହାକୁ ବିନା କୌଣସି ପ୍ରୟାସରେ ପାଇଲୁ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହାକୁ ଅର୍ଜନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବହୁତ କଠିନ ପରିଶ୍ରମ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିଥିଲା ଏବଂ ଏହାକୁ ରଖିବା ଏବଂ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବା ପାଇଁ କଠିନ ପରିଶ୍ରମ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ। “ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତାରେ ‘ସ୍ୱ’ ଏବଂ ‘ତନ୍ତ୍ର’ ଅଛି। ଯେତେବେଳେ ‘ତନ୍ତ୍ର’ ‘ସ୍ୱ’ ଆଧାରରେ କାମ କରେ ସେତେବେଳେ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ଆସେ। ଭାରତ ଏକ ଭିନ୍ନତାରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଦେଶ। ଏହା ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ଶାନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ସୁଖ ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ ବଞ୍ଚେ। ଏହା ବିଶ୍ୱକୁ ଧର୍ମର ମାର୍ଗ ପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତାଇ ଥାଏ। ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଆମର ଜାତୀୟ ପତାକାର କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ଧର୍ମଚକ୍ର ଅଛି। ଏହି ଧର୍ମ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ସାଙ୍ଗରେ ନେଇଥାଏ, ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଏକତ୍ରିତ କରେ ଏବଂ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କର ଉତ୍ଥାନ କରେ। ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଏହା ଲୋକ ଏବଂ ପରଲୋକରେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଖୁସି ଦେଇଥାଏ। ଭାରତ ବିଶ୍ୱକୁ ଏହି ଧର୍ମ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ଅଛି, ଏହା ଆମର ବିଶେଷତ୍ୱ। ଏହାକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ତନ୍ତ୍ର ଆମର ହେବାକୁ ପଡିବ। ଆମକୁ ସ୍ୱ ଆଧାରରେ କାମ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ। ତେଣୁ ଦେଶ ୧୫ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୧୯୪୭ ରେ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନ ହେଲା। କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହାକୁ ଏକ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନ ଦେଶ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆମେ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ପାଇଲୁ। ବ୍ରିଟିଶମାନେ ଚାଲିଗଲେ। ଏହି ଦେଶ ଆମ ନିଜ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଅଧୀନରେ ରହିଲା। ଆମେ ପ୍ରତି ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷରେ ଏହି ଦେଶର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ପରିଚାଳନା କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ବାଚିତ କରିବୁ। ସେମାନେ ଆମର ନିଜ ଲୋକ ହେବେ। ଆମେ ଆମର ରାଜ୍ୟ ଚଳାଉଛୁ। ଆମେ ଆମର ବ୍ୟବସାୟ ଚଳାଉଛୁ। ଆମେ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନ ହେଲୁ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଆମେ ଯେଉଁ କାରଣରୁ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନ ହେଲୁ ତାହା ହେଉଛି ଆମ ଦେଶର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ସୁଖ, ସ୍ଥିରତା, ସୁରକ୍ଷା, ଶାନ୍ତି, ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ମିଳୁ କିନ୍ତୁ ବିଶ୍ୱ ଆଜି ଅସ୍ଥିର ହୋଇ ପଡିଛି। ଆଜିର ବିଶ୍ୱର ସମସ୍ୟା ଦେଖି, ୨୦୦୦ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଅନେକ ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ କରିବା ପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନ ମିଳିନାହିଁ। ଆମର ଦୃଷ୍ଟିକୋଣ ଏବଂ ଧାର୍ମିକ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିକୋଣ ଆଧାରରେ ସୁଖ ଏବଂ ଶାନ୍ତିରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଏକ ନୂତନ ବିଶ୍ୱ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବିଶ୍ୱକୁ ଏକ ସମାଧାନ ଦେବା ଆମର କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟ। ଆମେ ଏହିଭଳି ହେବା ଉଚିତ ଏବଂ ବିଶ୍ୱ ତିଆରି କରିବା ଉଚିତ। ଆମର ସ୍ୱାଧୀନ ଦେଶ ଆଗରେ ଏପରି ଏକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଅଛି। ଏଥିପାଇଁ, ଆମ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ପାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଆମ ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କ ପରି କଠିନ ପରିଶ୍ରମ, ତ୍ୟାଗ ଏବଂ ବଳିଦାନ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ। ସେମାନେ ତିନି ପିଢ଼ି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ନିରନ୍ତର ପ୍ରୟାସ କରିଥିଲେ। ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ଅନୁକୂଳ ହେଲେ କାମ ହେବ। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ଅନୁକୂଳ ନୁହେଁ। ଏହା ଜାଣିବା ପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ, ଆମେ ନିରନ୍ତର ପ୍ରୟାସ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମନରେ ଏହି ଭାବନାକୁ ଜୀବିତ ରଖିଛୁ। ସେହିପରି, ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ବିଷୟରେ ଚିନ୍ତା ନକରି, ଆମକୁ ଏକ ବିଶ୍ୱଗୁରୁ ଭାରତ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ ଯାହା ସ୍ଥିରତା, ଶାନ୍ତି, ଏକତା, ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସମ୍ମାନ ଏବଂ ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ସଂଘର୍ଷ ଏବଂ ପରିବେଶଗତ ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନ ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରି ଏକ ନୂତନ ସୁଖୀ ଏବଂ ସୁନ୍ଦର ବିଶ୍ୱ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବ। ଆସନ୍ତୁ ଆମେ ସମସ୍ତେ ଆଜି ଆମର ଏହି କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟକୁ ମନେ ରଖିବା। ଆମେ ପତାକାକୁ ପ୍ରଣାମ କରିଛୁ। ତ୍ୟାଗ, କଠିନ ପରିଶ୍ରମ ଏବଂ ଜ୍ଞାନର ରଙ୍ଗ ଏହାର ମସ୍ତକରେ ଅଛି। କେଶର ଶୁଦ୍ଧ ଚରିତ୍ର, ସ୍ୱଚ୍ଛ ଆଭ୍ୟନ୍ତରୀଣ ଏବଂ ବାହ୍ୟ ପବିତ୍ରତାର ପ୍ରତୀକ। ଧଳା ରଙ୍ଗ ମଝିରେ ଥାଏ। ଯେତେବେଳେ ଏହି ଦୁଇଟି ଏକାଠି ହୁଅନ୍ତି, ଶୁଦ୍ଧ ଚରିତ୍ରର ଲୋକମାନେ, ଯେତେବେଳେ ସେମାନେ ତ୍ୟାଗ ସହିତ କଠିନ ପରିଶ୍ରମ କରନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ବିଶ୍ୱ ମନ ସହିତ ଜ୍ଞାନକୁ ପୂଜା କରନ୍ତି, ସେତେବେଳେ ଯେଉଁ ସମୃଦ୍ଧି ଆସେ, ସେହି ସମୃଦ୍ଧିର ରଙ୍ଗ ସବୁଜ ହୋଇଥାଏ। ଏବଂ ଆମକୁ ଧର୍ମ ଆଧାରରେ ଏସବୁ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ, ତେଣୁ ଧର୍ମଚକ୍ର ମଝିରେ ଅଛି। ତେଣୁ ଏହା ଆମର ଜାତୀୟ ପତାକା, ଯାହା ଆମକୁ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ। ଛୋଟ ଛୋଟ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନରୁ ଆମକୁ ଆମର କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟ ପଥରେ ଆଗେଇ ଯିବାକୁ ପଡିବ ।
ଉତ୍କଳ ବିପନ୍ନ ସହାୟତା ସମିତର ସଭାପତି ଅକ୍ଷୟ କୁମାର ବିଟ୍‌ଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ସ୍ୱୟଂସେବକ ସଂଘ,ଓଡିଶା ପୂର୍ବପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତସଂଘଚାଳକ ସମୀର କୁମାର ମହାନ୍ତି ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ ।
